The lobby and the building gives you this sense that it is the most amazing hotel ever built (and it is huge). Services wise it was top class and breakfast buffet was mindblowingly vast. Parking was just outside around the hotel, at least payment using Easypark app was straightforward. It is outside the centre, but area had some restaurants and nice street food as well for dinner :) Access to airport and highway to Malmö was nice as well.

We greatly appreciated the hotel's exceptional value for money, as well as the consistently pleasant and accommodating staff. In addition, the hotel's commitment to cleanliness was evident in the impeccable condition of the rooms and the diligent service provided by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast buffet itself was exemplary, offering a diverse range of fresh and delectable options throughout our stay.

Booking was straightforward via booking.com. The hotel was easy to spot from the metro and whilst the surrounding area is currently undergoing construction, it was easy to navigate and will be amazing when finished. The noise from the construction work could not be heard in the hotel. The reception is incredibly impressive with the atrium, plant wall, seating areas, shop and quirky central staircase. On arrival, we were greeted warmly and quickly. The check-in process was speedy and we were able to access our room several hours early which was so much appreciated, as this allowed us to get settled before exploring the city. Our room was clean, spacious and well equipped and kept tidy throughout our stay. Bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the free toiletries, the water and coffee & tea making facilities. The room also had a fridge and a safe. The staff on reception, in the restaurant, at the bar and at the concierge stand were all incredibly friendly, helpful and polite at all times. The spaces in the hotel to relax were plentiful, comfortable, stylish and well proportioned. Check-out was effortless on the final day and we were able to securely leave our luggage free of charge until later in the evening. The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from the metro service (which travels to Copenhagen or 3 stops to the airport) and there are 3 buses which travel into Copenhagen right in front of the hotel. Public transport arrives frequently, is reliable and is easy to use. We had an incredible time in Copenhagen and couldn't have asked for better accommodation.

The hotel's location was truly stunning, with its beauty and charm making it an ideal spot to stay. Moreover, the convenience of being within walking distance to the Bellq Center Metro was a definite plus, making it easy to explore the city. One of the standout features of the hotel was its breathtaking architecture, seamlessly blending modern design with timeless elegance. It was a pleasure to be surrounded by such a marvelous environment during my stay. Although the room I stayed in was on the smaller side, it was still very manageable and didn't hinder my overall enjoyment. Plus, the attentive and friendly staff provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. The hotel's restaurants were a true gastronomic delight, offering a diverse and delicious range of dishes. From breakfast to dinner, I found myself indulging in delightful culinary experiences that left me eager to return for more. In conclusion, my stay at Bella Sky Hotel was a fantastic experience that I would gladly repeat. With its stunning location, captivating architecture, manageable rooms, friendly staff, and delectable dining options, I can confidently say that I would eagerly choose to stay at this remarkable hotel again. The room was clean and adequately spacious for my family of three. As soon as we stepped in, it smelled clean. They had a rollaway bed set up nicely ahead of check-in. The checking staff was friendly and nice, but please be advised that there is no help with luggage--may not be suitable for the elderly. For a 4-star hotel, bell help could be provided. However, a nice room with a view and helpful staff made up for all the small issues. I'd stay here again. The beds were fantastic and comfortable and the drapes are thick--so no light comes in. AC is a huge bonus in European countries.

Nice view from high floors, breakfasts were good (everything you might need, good quality), nice personnel, at night near reception they have water and fruits. There is bus stop near the hotel - easy to get to the city centre, also you can use metro which is 5 minutes walk.

Staff was super friendly and the luggage could be looked after, when the early check in was not possible, due to inabailability of rooms. Buisiness Space on the bridge was helpful, but it would be nice if a more secluded, more quiet space could be arranged.... a lot of pedastrian traffic on the bridge.
